Strip Joker; a body positive comedy show

Established February 2016, Strip Joker is Chicago's only body-positive stand up comedy showcase providing an unique space for diverse voices, sexualities, genders, comedic styles, and bodies in various states of undress. This monthly show consistently features a great lineup of some of the best local talent, and amazing out-of-towners, for a truly unique show that is beautiful, vulnerable, and hilarious. In addition to bringing our community laughter, we also partner with local organizations to elevate their message and raise funds with our audience members. We raised over $4,000 for local organizations in 2019, and plan to continue doing so when we can safely have shows again.

 

Strip Joker is entirely LGBTQ+ produced (originally with Britt Meyer + Molly Kearney) and has been featured in the Chicago Reader, The Tribune, Red Eye, and numerous local publications when traveling to other cities.
